When did selling on eBay turn to suck? Incoming cash from one PayPal transaction has been held since 11/26 (confirmed delivered 12/3). Sellers can no longer leave negative feedback for an unpaid item, I have this “conflict resolution” time sink with somebody who isn’t responding to emails.
