I want to make a cooking blog called The Indifferent Kitchen where I half-heartedly start a semi-complicated recipe, and eventually just give up and eat Mac & Cheese.

Finally re-enabled memcached on my WordPress install. nginx + php-fpm + memcached + wordpress 3 was segfaulting with “zend_mm_heap corrupted” errors until I updated from PHP 2.2.x to 3.0.4.

Linode just upped the RAM on my VPS from 540 MB to 768 MB. Rebooting after 142 days uptime.

Spoke with “Russel” on Palm’s Live Chat support line, who suggested that the screen protector I’m using may cause the regular lack of responsiveness of my touch screen.

And it wasn’t. Came across one instance of the problem where no amount of pressure would fix the touchscreen, but sleep/unsleep immediately brought it back. Running webOS Doctor to reset my phone.
