I believe they also replaced my “glossy” keyboard with a “matte” version, which none of us in the office even knew was an option.

I had been holding off on the Mac OS X 10.6.4 update because it interferes with some Steam games. Our computer shop applied the update while they were fixing a hardware issue, but in the interim Apple released a graphics update, so I would have upgraded today anyway. Sweet.
